There has been a buzz of activity at the new O’Brien & Company office in Suite 925 of the Dexter Horton Building, known to the staff as DH925. Even among the unpacked crates, we have settled in and are busy at work.
The Dexter Horton Building is the first building to be certified under the LEED O+M rating system using the LEED Dynamic Plaque. At O’Brien & Company, we understand the importance of continued engagement with performance measurement and verification by building owners, operations staff and tenants to guarantee that sustainability goals are achieved. We work with many of our clients during occupancy to ensure successful outcomes in building performance and value.
Joining us in our new office space is our strategic partner, 360 Analytics. By sharing our office space, we will be working collaboratively with the engineers at 360 to deliver more streamlined services between our two companies.
