Greener sustainable developments integrate social and environmental goals into building projects. A green project can be of any size and type. It may focus on one or more environmental priorities, such as improving energy performance, restoring ecosystems, reducing waste, or creating healthy indoor environments.
For the developer and building owner, green development offers many benefits including reduced operating costs, improved sales, and higher property values. Developers have shown that developing properties in a manner that respects the environment can be good for business, too!
