Lite Bite: LEED for Homes

Get a handle on this horse of a different color! From 3rd party verification to unique credit types, LEED for Homes employs a different approach than any other LEED Rating system.

Sharpen your understanding by identifying the features of LEED for Homes that make it different from other LEED Rating Systems. This presentation focuses on the credit structure, delivery system and verification process; clarifying who makes up the Project Team and Verification Team; and illustrating the roles and responsibilities of the Provider, Rater, and the LEED AP + Homes. Attendance will enable design, construction, quality assurance and marketing professionals to understand how to modify their processes to facilitate LEED for Homes certification. The presentation also includes a review of the pathways for LEED for Homes credentials; AP + Homes and Green Rater.
