Integrative Design Process

The Integrative Design Process (IDP) or Integrative Process (IP) is a unique approach to project management and design that seeks to achieve high performance on a variety of environmental and social goals, while staying on budget and on schedule. It relies upon a multi-disciplinary project team whose members, involved from beginning to end, make decisions together based on a shared vision and a holistic understanding of the project. This workshop introduces the professional to IDP/IP, helping individuals and teams realize the value of continuous collaboration and iterative process on their projects.
