Get your team on the same page and reduce risks and rework on your next project with the help of our comprehensive Trades Training series. Designed to get management and trades subcontractors working together to achieve LEED project goals smoothly, the training brings practical field-level skills to the forefront, grounded in building science principles.
The three-part training series is sequenced to match a project’s schedule and get the right people in the room at the right time and place. Topics cover green building fundamentals and building science basics as they relate to trades roles and responsibilities, and interactions with other trades on a green building project. Includes both ‘in class’ and hands-on ‘jobsite’ modules.
This training series is applicable for any kind project using the LEED rating system, and can earn a point for LEED for Homes Mid-Rise projects.
“Our people and our projects reap a lot of value from Trades Training. The sequencing of the sessions to match the project schedule is key, and means that even as crews and individuals on the project change, everyone is on the same page working towards the same goals. Plus, it’s an easy way to earn a LEED point that has a direct benefit to the project.” Brian Slick, Pre-Construction Coordinator, Exxel Pacific
