LEED for Homes Provider

As a LEED for Homes Provider for Washington State, O’Brien & Company oversees all aspects of certification, including project analysis and preliminary rating of projects. We have also provided education and technical assistance to help project teams up the steep learning curve to successful certification.

During the LEED for Homes Pilot, we worked closely with the USGBC to ensure real-world applicabilty of the rating system on projects in the Puget Sound Region. Projects included the first LEED Homes Platinum Community in the US and the first Net Zero LEED Home in Washington State.

O'Brien & Company is currently the only LEED for Homes Provider in Washington State.  The firm also serves projects in British Columbia, Hawaii and Alaska. Learn more about our residential services.
