Lakeview Lofts

Lake View Lofts, a micro-community of lofts, in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle. These homes have been designed to merge modern architecture and cutting edge green construction, ultimately providing a home that is not only environmentally sound, but also very visually engaging.

O’Brien & Company worked with the design and construction team to manage the requirements for LEED for Homes, including envelop design and insulation and air sealing guidance and inspection. This provided for a comfortable and energy efficient home when it came time to test the performance and certify.
