DUO House West

When the team at YS Development decided to pursue a Built Green 4-star certification for their first green project they turned to O’Brien & Company for guidance. We assisted with Built Green program compliance, education for their construction team, as well as performance testing and verification services to complete their certification.

The final product has tight construction, high-efficiency HVAC systems, and beyond-code insulation, which also resulted in an ENERGY STAR Home certification. The project features non-toxic and recycled-content materials, and a green roof.
