Matthei Place

Matthei Place is a project of the Kulshan Community Land Trust in Bellingham, WA.  This 14 unit, permanently affordable housing development is part of a City demonstration project to promote higher density, affordable infill projects. 

O’Brien & Company provided LEED for Homes and Green Communities Eco-charrette facilitation services; technical assistance to assist project with interpreting and complying with green certification programs; and other services related to achieving LEED for Homes status: energy modeling, construction inspections, performance testing, and document review.
