Bio

Shino is the hub of O'Brien & Company's residential services.  She co-ordinates the intake, processing, tracking and submission of residential green certification projects, including LEED for Homes, Built Green, Energy Star, and Federal Tax Credit certification/verification projects. She coordinates field inspections with in-house and sub-contract raters, and tracks equipment maintenance and calibration schedules to make sure every rating is successful. Shino also uses her highly refined organizational skills to handle invoicing, scheduling, and payment processing--all with her unmistakable and warm energy.
