Bio

Justus provides technical and policy support for a range of climate and energy-related projects and programs. With a background in urban planning, Justus specializes in step-by-step comprehensive assessment and planning for energy and greenhouse gas reduction. He has supported dozens of municipalities and communities throughout the Pacific Northwest in the development of energy and emissions reduction plans and strategies, and recently authored the City of Everett’s Climate Action Plan. Justus also brings experience in performance measurement for sustainability, including assisting in the development of the STAR Community Index rating system.
