Bio

Colleen provides technical assistance and consulting to a range of new construction and renovation projects. She works on residential project certifications for Built Green, LEED for Homes, the Federal Energy Efficiency Tax Credit program and Northwest Energy Star. Her experience as a Nurse Practitioner informs her work on LEED for Healthcare projects. Colleen has renovated multiple early twentieth century homes. Her most recent Seattle gut rehab project was featured in Seattle Times Pacific NW Magazine November 2011 and is targeting LEED Homes Gold certification. Colleen excels at helping clients reach their sustainability goals, whatever their starting point.
