Bio

Colleen has many years of experience and a strong commitment to the sustainable renovation of existing buildings.  She provides technical assistance and consulting to a range of new construction and renovation projects.   She works on residential project certifications for Built Green, LEED for Homes, the Federal Energy Efficiency Tax Credit program and Northwest Energy Star.  Colleen has renovated multiple early twentieth century homes, with her most recent Seattle project featured in “Kitchen Makeovers” Spring 2008, highlighting salvage cabinetry and counters.  Colleen excels at helping clients reach their sustainability goals, and receive the certifications they deserve for their accomplishments.
