September 2, 2009 - Puget Sound Energy Office (Factoria, WA)

O'Brien & Company provided LEED Project Management including, among other things, the facilitation of a LEED Charrette and Report, reviewed LEED documentation and managed the LEED implementation plan and task list.  The project expects to achieve LEED Gold.

June 7, 2009 - Kitsap Low Impact Development Cookbook (Kitsap County, WA)

O'Brien & Company wrote much of the cookbook, conducted public outreach and provided a final report on the project.

O'Brien & Company is serving as the LEED for Homes Provider and Green Rater.  We helped them earn a King County grant and they are now pursuing LEED Platinum.

February 4, 2009 - Bardessono Inn and Spa (Yountville, CA)

The Bardessono opened its doors this month and is expecting to receive its LEED certification this spring.  The project has an impressive collection of green features, including eighty-two 300-foot deep geothermal wells to heat and cool guests’ rooms and to provide hot water, and 200 KW of solar panels.
