Subscribe to the O'Brien & Company newsletter here.  You'll be asked for some basic information that will help us write more useful content for our subscribers.  The only way you can get on the list is by signing yourself up, or specifically requesting that we do so on your behalf and confirming the subscription via email.  A link to unsubscribe or update your email address is provided at the bottom of every message.  You may also unsubscribe right here: Unsubscribe from our newsletter.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the O’Brien & Company electronic newsletter and information collected as part of process of signing up.

None of the information provided as part of registering for the O’Brien & Company newsletter will every be sold, traded or shared with a third party (see Mail Service, below). We ask registrants for their email address, name, company, telephone, zip code and general field of work. We use the information we collect in two ways. First, if your email address bounces repeatedly, we may call you to see if you still wish to receive our notices. Second, we will use information about your industry and general field of work in a non-personally identifiable and aggregated way to determine the demographics of our readership. We will use this information to provide the most relevant content to our subscribers.

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer wish us to possess your information, you may request correction, updating, or deletion of your information by contacting Kelly Kirkland, Marketing & Project Associate, at 206-621-8626.

We use an email newsletter service, MailChimp. MailChimp collects and aggregates non-personal statistics from each email we send such as open-rates, click-rates and bounce-rates. They will never use our email list to contact you. For more information, read MailChimp's privacy policy.

Our newsletter may, on occasion, contain links to other sites that are not controlled in any way by us. Please be aware of this when you click on any such links; we are not responsible for the privacy practices and/or policies of any website other than our own.
