Office Earns LEED Gold

Late in 2008 O'Brien & Company received some good news--our office was officially awarded Gold from the US Green Building Council under the LEED for Commercial Interiors rating system. Read more about the remodel and lessons learned. 

Acknowledgements

Many O'Brien & Company staff contributed to the process: Project Manager James Jenkins shephered the certification effort, horticulturalist Sue Nicol developed the unique innovation credit for including plants, and Kathleen O'Brien and Elizabeth Powers facilitated the eco-charrette.
